How can i replace the product/Service that I have ordered/booked on Dogily ?
Dogily ensures proper information regarding any product/Service. In case of product/Service not meeting the standards.
Drop us a message/email or feel free to call us for any queries from the information from About us. However in case you want a replacement kindly reach out to us, we will resolve the case within 1-2 business days.
What is the process to get the refund? and how long it might take.
Dogily will review the case, and perform neceassry due deligence and raise the issue with our concerned teams and revert within 1-2 business days about the case raised.
Incase of refund you want the amount refunded to your source , it would take maximum of 7 business days.
Note- If you want a replace of product it would be subective to availablity.
I got a damaged product, how do i get a refund or replacement?
Please report about the damaged product being received in 48 hours of delivery, our team will get in touch with you for the 1st level of investigation.
Post the due deligence with Dogily and team, we will look to replace the product or refund the amount.
In case, the complaint is made later than 48 hours of delivery, no request would be entertained.
I'm not happy with the service provided?
Please report about the substandard service received within 24 hours of appointment, our team will get in touch with you for the 1st level of investigation.
Post the due deligence with Dogily and team, we will look to find an alternate service provider/refund,
